Adidas to change marketing strategy
2017-04-04 source ownAfter years of creating famous adverts on TV, Adidas has decided to take a step back and invest in e-commerce instead. To start, they have created a target to multiply their current e-commerce sales four times over by 2020. Ultimately, this is the start of a new marketing strategy from Adidas where they will spend more time on all digital channels to target the younger demographics. Kasper Rorsted, CEO of Adidas, has said “Digital engagement is key for us; you don't see any TV advertising anymore.”
