EBRD provides support for Mark Formelle’s CEE expansion
2015-01-15 source ownThe European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is offering a senior loan of as much as 3.15 million euros to a privately owned Belarusian garments manufacturer Mark Formelle. The loan is going to finance the retail development of Mark Formelle’s operations in Belarus in addition to the neighbouring markets of Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan and the restructuring of its balance sheet.
Mark Formelle's, which specialises in the manufacturing of apparel such as T-shirts, sleepwear, underwear, sports casual wear along with other speciality garments such as thermal underwear, is aiming to nearly double the number of its own branded retail stores in Belarus as well as expand the franchisee chain across the CEE region.
