POLEN Cushman & Wakefield ist als Leasing-Agent für den Sportfachhändler Martes Sport in Polen benannt worden. Die Organisation wird zusätzlich dazu Beratungsdienste für die kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Kette zur Verfügung stellen.
"Wir werden vor dem Ende dieses Jahres 26 neue Filialen in Polen eröffnen und haben vor, im 4. Quartal 2016 unsere Gesamtstückzahl auf mehr als 200 auszubauen", sagte Tomasz Barchanski, Direktor für Expansion von Martes Sport. Cushman & Wakefield wird sich im Bereich von 270m² bis 1,200sqm für Martes Sport nach Vertriebsstellen umschauen, sie verfügen jetzt über 130 Stellen in Polen.
