Oxylane, der weltweit größte Sportartikelhändler (sowie führende Händler für Sportartikel in Mittelosteuropa) hat seinen Gruppennamen erneut geändert. In Zukunft wird das Unternehmen nun als "Decathlon Gruppe" bekannt sein.
Am Ende Oktober hatte die Gruppe 950 Filialen in 26 Ländern und erfuhr einen Umsatz von über € 8 Mrd. im Jahr 2014. Die fünf Länder mit den meisten Decathlon Geschäften sind wie folgt; Frankreich - 292, China - 140, Spanien - 131, Italien - 103 und Polen - 44.
