Als Kasper Rorsted zunächst als alleiniger Vorstandsvorsitzender bei Adidas das Ruder aufnahm, gab es ein großes Interesse daran, wie sie am Markt Leistung bringen würden. Es genügt, zu sagen, dass das eine gute Nachricht für das Unternehmen ist, da sie im Vergleich zum Jahr 2015 einen Umsatzanstieg von 14% melden. Gegenwärtig liegt ihr Umsatz bei € 5,4 Mrd., während ihr Betriebseinkommen sich ebenfalls auf € 563 Mio. steigerte – ein Sprung von fast 12%.
Zudem erzielte auch Reebok ein Umsatzplus von von 7%, dank eines 20% Umsatzsteigerung für die Marke Adidas. Abgesehen von Russland brachte es das Unternehmen in allen Märkten, in denen es tätig ist, auf zweistelliges Wachstum.
