Zlokalizowany w pobliżu lotniska Praga, The Style Outlets będzie zupełnie nowym centrum handlowym z niemalże 200 sklepami i powierzchnią wynoszącą około 30,000 metrów kwadratowych. Otwarcie zaplanowano na jesień 2017 roku. Centrum handlowe ma dwóch sponsorów z The Prague Outlet oraz Neinver, którzy razem zapłacili 1 miliard czeskich koron za powstanie tego kompleksu. Po zakończeniu prac będzie to już trzecie centrum o takich rozmiarach w Czechach.
