At the beginning of March 2021, the well-known chain of fitness clubs Holmes Place joins the Medicover portfolio, which acquired 100% of the company's shares. This is yet another acquisition of Medicover in the fitness industry. At the end 2020, Medicover became the owner of the Fitness World fitness club network in Poland. In 2018, it took over the operator of sports packages for employees - OK System (today: Medicover Sport). The company's ambition is to further develop and strengthen its position in the world of sport.We are consistently expanding our market share in fitness services, including the Holmes Place brand in our portfolio, which has been synonymous with premium class in the Fitness sports club’s category for 15 years.
