Erbud to build new Outlet in Silesia

2018-01-11 source own
In a contract thought to be worth nearly PLN 60 million, ul. Rybnicka, Gliwice, has been set as the home of the brand-new Silesia Outlet Centre. For Erbud, the order for construction work has already been placed by the investor which means the two-stage process will commence very soon.

Thanks to the contract and the Silesia Outlet company, we know that the first stage will be controlled by Erbud; the end date for this contract is March 29th 2019. In addition to the construction of the retail and service building, the project includes a change in the road layout, car park, retaining walls, auxiliary infrastructure, pumping station, water metre well, fire-fighting tanks, advertising totems, and a pylon.

When all construction has been completed, the Centre will hold around 20,000 square metres of space thus allowing 120 footwear and clothing stores to open to the public.
