Fitness World chooses Nautilus for its new gym in poland

Fitness World opens its second fitness club in Jelenia Góra and the first to open in the city 24h! the club is over 1300 m2 area divided into zones for various forms of training..  Our cardio zone is 18 treadmills, 8 cross trainers, 4 pairs of stairs, 6 bikes and 2 steppers. The machines are placed along the windows so that during the training you can admire the beautiful view from one side of the city panorama, and the beautiful Karkonosze on the other. We have an extensive peripheral and functional zone equipped with squat racks, ergonometers, ladders and a large selection of small equipment such as a bed, chests, ketellbell, rollers, and rubber. In the free-weights zone you will find Nautilus brand equipment, 12 benches and several dumbbell sets. The next zones are stretching and mobility. We also invite you to group classes of various intensity classes conducted by qualified instructors in a well-equipped and spacious fitness room. We also have a zone dedicated specifically for women, in which there is the first pole dance tube in the network and a children's corner, where children can play while we are training. Our club is maintained in a Scandinavian design, hence we are happy to invite Club members to the moments of hygge (Danish philosophy of happiness) in our coffee corner, where you can always treat yourself to coffee and tea.
