Polish expansion for Kainos

2016-04-04 source own
Kainos has enjoyed a couple of good years in many global projects recently and the fruits of their labour are clear to see with the announcement of a new base in Poland. Kainos, current Software supplier for the healthcare industry, will be working on a number of products including Kainos Evolve and Kainos Smart in its base set to hold 500 people.

Brendan Mooney, Chief Executive of the Northern Irish company, has said “The expansion has highlighted not only the company’s success in Poland to date but also our ambition to remain as one of the most committed and attractive high-tech employers. Our Polish colleagues have consistently delivered high-quality, innovative work and form an essential part of the company’s growth plans. Gdansk has proven to be a very fertile location for recruiting technical talent and expertise. We are consistently impressed by the calibre and enthusiasm of the graduates and experienced professionals we employ.”

This isn't the only big news to come out of Kainos this year after recently announcing a working relationship with American giant InTouch Health as they look to create a number of new products for the market. Furthermore, it has been less than 12 months since becoming only the third company from Northern Ireland to reach the London Stock Exchange where £37 million was earned in revenue in the first six months.
