2018-02-06 source own
TRIB3 is a boutique gym chain which opened its first center in Sheffield, United Kingdom. Since its launch in 2016, it has proved to be a phenomenal success and has continued to show signs of excellent growth and expansion.  TRIB3 has also been hailed as one of Britain's best workouts by Influential Women's Health Magazine and has also been named one of the Top 5 hardest workouts in the world by the Sunday Times.

With barely 12 months after a nationally acclaimed launch in Sheffield, TRIB3 is set to go global. Recently, TRIB3 had gone a step further to launch its first studio outside of the UK in Moscow, Russia, and has also stated its plans to open more studios across different cities Russia.

In the words of Kevin Yates, TRIB3 chief executive

“We're truly delighted to have launched in Moscow as it marks an exciting new chapter in our development and one that puts us firmly on the international stage, cementing our decision to take TRIB3 into new territories as quickly as possible”.

At 5,000sq ft. (464.5sq m), the Moscow club is located in the business district of Lesnaya Street and having companies like PriceWaterhouseCoopers, McKinsey & Co and LG Electronics as neighbors. The new club consists of  imported fitness equipment, a retail space, Mixology bar and changing rooms which offers premium cosmetics and towels. It plans to run about 60 classes per week. The new Moscow studio is headed by Alexei Drobot, a former chief executive at World Class Clubs and ex-general manager of TUI Travel and Johnson & Johnson in Russia. He will be joined by managing partner Igor Guiduk, a national champion in military mixed martial arts and Russian combat sports Sambo, to help roll out studios.

Some of TRIB3’s high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout is based on treadmills (cardio), resistance (weights) and intensity (heart rate). The brand also plans to fine-tune the concept at this first Moscow site for three to six months before rolling it out to other cities in Russia, There are also plans to expand the fitness gym brand in other European countries in Central Europe.
