Sofia’s City Centre to see new ‘Sport Depot’ store

City Centre Sofia, owned by Revetas Capital Advisors, is set to receive a new store as the sports goods retailer ‘Sports Depot’ has agreed to move into the shopping centre. A lease has been signed for ‘Sports Depot’ to become tenants of a 560 square metre area on the first floor.
The deal was signed with Forton, who are responsible for all leasing’s in Sofia’s first shopping centre. Forton are a partner of Cushman & Wakefield who have over 10 years’ experience in the real estate market. This deal is part of the huge reconstruction work occurring at the city centre with over 5000 square metres of shop floor to be negotiated in the near future.
