Eurobike launches its ‘Academy’

Eurobike has released details of its Academy that will offer an assortment of technical seminars across four cities in Germany, central Europe’s largest bicycle market ahead of Poland. Frankfurt, Leipzig, Hannover and Munich will play host to the ‘Eurobike Academy’ as it travels across Germany between the 18th and 28th of January. The program is being launched in partnership with many brands including Bosch, KMC, SRAM, Fox, BionX and Magura and is set to attract over 1000 dealers and staff.

Eurobike’s project manager, Stefan Reisinger, has said that the program will offer technical training to German retailers but at the same time keeping it cost-effective for suppliers. He also said “If you look at a map of Germany, you can see that with these four cities almost every dealer is within a two-hour drive of the seminars. Part of our approach in organising this is to be a leader in our industry and to offer our customers additional value. The costs (for suppliers) are quite low so it’s really affordable for everyone who is interested.”

Each city will host a two-day event in a local conference centre starting at 07:00 and finishing at 17:45. Dealers can pick and choose as to which of the 45-minute seminars they wish to attend.
