Joma enjoys growth in Poland

2016-03-03 source own
Joma has enjoyed a good few years in Poland and this has just grown even stronger as they add three basketball teams with a view to more in the future. The Spanish sports company have added Polski Cukier Torun and MKS Dabrowa Gornicza to their repertoire who currently play in the Men’s First Poland Division as well as the most successful Women’s team, Wisla Can Pack Krakow. After being founded in 1906, Wisla Can Pack Krakow have enjoyed phenomenal success which includes 24 National Leagues, 12 Polish Cups, 2 Super Cups, 1 Europe Cup as well as many others.

This move is a part of Joma’s plan to expand in Central/Eastern Europe as they look to use basketball as an entry point in the Czech, Hungarian, and Slovakian markets, amongst others.
