Poland enjoys growth in sporting goods market

2016-03-10 source own

It is good news for Poland as they enjoy a solid year when it comes to sporting goods and clothes as a result of an upturn in the economy. Coupled with increasing interest among the population, the economic upturn meant that consumers had more money to spend in the industry. As somewhat of a luxury, it is a market that is dependant on the economy and the levels of disposable income for consumers. Although a decrease in disposable income doesn't necessarily lead to a decline in the sporting goods market, a strong economy certainly leads to stronger growth. With the economy not looking to fall any time soon, the good times can only get better.

The Polish population is also becoming increasingly fashion conscious meaning that higher quality products are being demanded. In addition to this, the sports market is extremely receptive to ad campaigns which have proven to provide a boost in sales across the industry.
