Growth in GDP for Hungary

It was good news for Hungary this week as GDP from 2015 increased by nearly 3% from the previous year with household spending proving to be the biggest contributor to this increase. A 13-year high personal consumption spending meant that it contributed 1.5 percentage points; this saw it move above investments which sat at just 0.4%, a decrease from 3.9 percentage points in 2014. 1 percentage point was also added by net exports.
