6.4% increase in foreign consumption in Poland

Despite a significant decrease in Russian and Belarusian spending in Poland, spending of foreign non-residents as a whole saw an increase of over 6% to a new total of nearly 38 billion PLN. The 34% decrease of the Russians and 19% decrease from the Belarusians couldn't prevent an overall increase as shown by new figures released by the Central Statistical Office.
It is thought that the rising spend of the Lithuanians, Germans, Ukrainians, and more, were to thank for the increase and were the reason why the other reductions were completely offset. For example, the Ukrainians alone spent nearly 30% more in 2015 in Poland when compared with numbers from a year earlier. Similarly, Germans spent 18% more.
