Despite a significant decrease in Russian and Belarusian spending in Poland, spending of foreign non-residents as a whole saw an increase of over 6% to a new total of nearly 38 billion PLN. It is thought that the rising spend of the Lithuanians, Germans, Ukrainians, and more, were to thank for the increase and were the reason why the other reductions were completely offset.
