The average spend of a customer is at around €35, even with the amount of discounts that were offered in an attempt to keep existing customers. Sales on the whole were over €500 million in the first three months of 2016 which lead to an impressive operating profit, however, an unknown net loss. Despite the loss, Sky’s overall customer base grew by nearly 180,000 to 21.65 million.
