Strong Quarter for Adidas

When Kasper Rorsted first took the helm as the sole CEO at Adidas, there was a lot of interest regarding how they would perform within the market. Suffice to say, it is good news for the company as they report a rise in revenue of 14% compared to the same time in 2015. Currently, their revenue sits at €5.4 billion whilst their operating income also improved to €563 million - a jump of nearly 12%.
Furthermore, Reebok also posted increased revenue of 7% thanks to a 20% rise in sales for the Adidas brand. Aside from Russia, the company managed double-digit growth in all markets in which they operate.
