Blumen Haus Lech acquired by Gustav Zech Foundation

As a development based in Lech, Switzerland, it has been announced that the Blumen Haus hotel has been taken over by the strategic management company Gustav Zech Foundation. Essentially, this has arisen due to the acquisition of shares by the company in Blumenberg Anstalt.
Designed by Alexander Sommersgutter, the development will be five stars and is being led by the OFA Architektur ZT GmbH. In addition to Sommersgutter, Reinhard Strasser will also be contributing to the interior design for the hotel which is due to open before the new year. In total, over 400 square meters of space will be filled by various wellness facilities such as a spa treatment suite, beauty salon, fitness centre, swimming pool, waterfall, steam room, saunas, and an infrared cabin.
All through development, there has been a particular focus on traditional building materials to celebrate the tradition and history of the local area. For example, Tyrolian wood, copper, and a stone facade can all be found. After completion, Atlantic Hotel Management GmbH will take control of the Alpine Retreat. Overall, this will be the third hotel for the company after already running one in Travemunde and another in Sylt.
