Actions Sports acquired by Grofa

Currently, Grofa GmbH is one of the largest P&A distributors in Germany and they have now taken a huge step towards its international expansion plan after purchasing Action Sports - a Benelux distributor. For the German giants, it is a large step after previously opening a new subsidiary back in 2015 in the Austrian city of Salzburg. Although this news has been announced recently, the decision has been dated back to the beginning of August.
According to the statement made by Grofa, Action Sports was a key target boasting over 400 retailers in its network. In terms of the Belgian company themselves, they distribute to a wide variety of retailers as well as representing big brands including Hutchinson, Lupine, Profile Design, RH+, Tunap, Zpeed, Dextro Energy Sports Nutrition, Look, and Tacx.
