Karpacz Poland Sports Venue to be Redeveloped

Thought to be worth nearly PLN 24 million, the local authorities have signed a contract with Tamex Obiekty Sportowe which will allow them to redevelop the Karpacz stadium. Once the site has been handed over, the company is expecting the work to be completed within 18 months.

In further developments in Karpacz apartments were also put up for sale in the Triventi Mountain Residence managed by Sun & Snow. In total, there are around 112 apartments on offer ranging in space from 25 square metres to 55 square metres. Moreover, there are some superb facilities available for all residents including an indoor swimming pool, café, reception, spa, and more.

According to the plans, there will be three stages to the development with the first guests arriving in the 2018 summer; the building should be handed over by summer 2019. In terms of the design, Pracownia Architektury Dom Jaroslaw Klak took charge and Sun & Snow will look after the leasing on behalf of the owners. Since 2008, the company has been managing property and they now control over 1,300 different apartments in the region.
