The Martes Sports Group is a leader in the sportswear market in Poland, Central, and Eastern Europe. Martes have existed for over 25 years and owned about 260 sports stores in Poland and abroad. Martes sport has just leased 800 sqm in the 15,500 sqm outlet center in Bydgoszcz which is currently under construction.
Martes Sports already has stores in Outlet Centre Białystok, Outlet Centre Lublin, and Park Handlowy in Cieszyn. So this latest lease becomes the fourth lease signed by Martes Sports with ADV Por Property investment. The Commercialisation of this new Outlet Centre has gained momentum, and it is scheduled to open in spring this year officially.
