Fitness Market Growing in Poland

Right across Europe, it seems more people are trying to get fit…and the same is true in Poland. Suddenly, people are seeking a healthier lifestyle, and this has been extremely positive for companies within this niche. In Europe, the trend continues to grow and there was a 3.5% jump in the number of people attending fitness clubs last year (now 62 million). In 2018, this allowed fitness clubs to generate revenues of around €27 billion.
What about Poland? Well, the market is expected to grow in the coming years, and we know this thanks to the report ‘The European Health & Fitness Market 2019’. As the sixth edition of the report, it was created by EuropeActive and Deloitte.
Currently, fitness clubs in the country welcome around three million Poles every single year. However, there’s still huge potential and development to come considering only 8% of all citizens utilise fitness club services.
