The Polish hospitality brand Focus Hotels, a subsidiary of Immobile Capital Group, has finalized a leasing agreement for its debut hotel in Wrocław, with plans to inaugurate the property in the final quarter of 2024.

The company disclosed, “Our upcoming Focus Hotel Premium Wrocław will be situated in the bustling center of Wrocław, at 19 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street. This establishment will feature 87 rooms and apartments, adhering to a 4-star standard, along with a restaurant, conference room, fitness center, and an underground parking facility.”

Ownership of the hotel resides with FR Investments Wrocław Sp. z o.o., a segment of the Futureal Group. This marks Focus Hotels' inaugural contract with a euro-based rent, extending over a 15-year period.

Łukasz Płoszyński, Vice-President of Focus Hotels, expressed triple satisfaction with this venture: entering the significant market of Wrocław, swiftly executing the previously declared euro-rent project, and earning the confidence of a major player like the Futureal Group.

The Immobile Capital Group, headquartered in Bydgoszcz and publicly traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007, operates a diverse conglomerate. Its portfolio spans across various sectors including industry, hotel management, real estate development, apparel, automation and power engineering, and industrial construction.
