18 Gym Fitness & Beauty, one of Romania's top three largest gym networks and a dynamic player in the fitness industry, is set to open a new branch at Agora Arad (formerly Galleria Arad), with the leasing deal facilitated by real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. Agora Arad, which boasts a leasable area of 36,000 square meters, is currently undergoing significant renovations. This opening marks the first facility for 18 Gym Fitness & Beauty in the city of Arad, expanding its national presence to 37 locations.
