July 2025 – Lumenis EMEA and its brand Pollogen have announced a new strategic partnership with BiNatural Poland, appointing the company as the exclusive distributor for the complete Geneo product range in Poland. The agreement, effective immediately, covers the latest Geneo X device, as well as the full portfolio of Geneo consumables and accessories, ensuring clinics and beauty salons nationwide have direct access to sales, service, and technical support.
With this new role, BiNatural will serve as the single point of contact for both new and existing Geneo customers in Poland. Services include product training, device maintenance, consumable supply, and after-sales support, further strengthening Geneo’s position as one of the most recognised names in non-invasive facial treatments.
