Bike Sharing expands in Czech

Nextbike the German Bikesharing company is to expand its network in the Czech Republic to over 20 cities and towns. At the moment the company has over 5200 bikes and e bikes in operation in the country which is an increase of 170% from 2020.

Nextbike was founded in Germany in 2004 and operates in 28 countries with over 300 countries covered.

The growth in bike use and bike sharing has also been influenced by the coronavirus pandemic, Nextbike states this has brought more customers to bike sharing.
