Schuhe24 group has gained majority stake of the IBD platform Bike-Angebot.de. Both the companies wish to expand beyond the domestic market and German speaking nations to other parts of the world in the coming years.“Bike-Angebot is a fast-growing platform designed for bicycles and related accessories. It currently boasts over 1100 dealers and is established throughout the industry. We have decided to expand and improve the company’s business by becoming the major stakeholder”. This was a statement issues by Dr. Dominik Benner, founder and managing director of Schuh24.Germany’s ‘largest bicycle dealer platform’Bike-Angebot.de currently has in excess of 25000 bicycles. As per statements issued, it is regarded as the biggest bicycle dealer platform of Germany. The founder and managing director of Angebot, Friedemann Vieweger will continue to work in the same capacity.
