FitFabric to open new gym in Lodz

FitFabric is to open a fitness club to take up entire building in Wima complex in Lodz Poland.

The new fitness club will be in the WIMA Widzewska Manufaktura mixed-use complex which is being developed by Cavatina Holding on al. Piłsudskiego in Łódź.

FitFabric is part of the stock-exchange listed Benefit Systems group and from the beginning of 2023 it will take on the entire building D. Widzewska Manufaktura which is being constructed through the conversion of 4, 140-year-old former factory buildings that are protected under a listing on the historic register of Poland. The site has an area of 4 hectares, eventually, 55,000 sqm are to be developed in four stages and will be mixed residential, office space and recreational facilities. The central part of the development will be a 100-year-old park of 0.9 hectares with a central fountain. The development will include 414 rental apartments and 1,171 parking spaces.
