Forever 21opens store in the Galeria Młociny

The American fashion brand Forever 21 has opened a new store in the Galeria Mlociny shopping centre in Poland.
The new store is an impressive addition to the fashion stores already established as the Galeria Mlociny. This was the statement made by Szymon Mińczuk, a regional leasing director from Echo Investment’s shopping centre department. He further said that “it has been our priority to achieve a proper arrangement and display since the design works started.”
Forever 21was founded in 1984 in Los Angeles, California. The company currently operates over 750 stores in the United States, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Latin America, Mexico, The Philippines, and the United Kingdom. The Galeria Mlociny is located close to the Mlociny transportation hub in Warsaw. There is direct access to the metro via many tram lines and bus routes which include the suburban and national buses. The hub also accommodates a bicycle high-point and a P&R car park. It is expected to be commissioned and opened in about one year, but interestingly, over 75% of the Galeria Mlociny has already been leased. The investors behind this project are the Echo Investment (who hold a minority 30% stake in the joint venture) and EPP. Echo investment has sole responsibility for the development and commercialisation of the project, while EPP will function as the manager of the complex.
