Toolport, the Polish Tent, and Pavilion retailer have leased about 5,000 sqm in the logistic city park in Piotrków Trybunalski.

According to the reports, the company will operate under the name Profinamiot while controlling the German company’s first distribution hub in Poland. The CEO of Profinamiot Eva Petersen in a statement mentioned that “We are looking for a warehouse that can be immediately available to help us distribute our goods quickly to every part of the country. And Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski met the specifications we needed.” When asked for a comment, Hubert Wojtera, the senior industrial and logistics consultant at Axi Immo said, “The client was searching for a modern warehouse space in a convenient location suitable for processing orders in Poland. The company also required a location where its Logo will be visible from the motorway. Logistic City, is clearly visible from the S8 expressway, and it was considered as the best location after a comparison with other facilities in Central Poland.” Logistic City occupies over 136,000 sqm of logistics space in Piotrków Trybunalski which also offers an additional 270,000 sqm that will be used for the construction of the logistic and warehouse space.
