June 2021 there were more bikes on the streets of Budapest then have ever been previously recorded, June was the busiest month of the century in Budapest for cyclists stated the Hungarian Cycling Club. The pervious peak month was in July 2020.
Covid has had a positive impact in growth of bicycle use across Central Europe Including Hungary but with June 21 beating July 20 then it looks like this trend will continue.
