2018-09-03 source own
According to a study conducted by the CBRE Company, it was discovered that Poland stood out as the preferred location for investments in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

With investments in the hospitality sector among others, the country now occupies the ninth position in the pan European ranking which considers a sample of 340 global investors. Countries that made the top three positions are Great Britain, Germany, and Spain.

From the reports, the investment in Poland’s hospitality sector (hotels) was disclosed to be PLN 1.53 billion (EUR 350 million), for the past year. Over 90% of the investors who participated in the study insisted on putting in more investments in hotels this year, while there were also plans to increase the investment budgets used in the previous year.

There is an increase in the number of hotels being built, as well as other viable investments. The market is encouraging the growth, and the investors are optimistic. According to the reports, a majority of the hotel projects are three-star hotels which are in high demand in the major parts of the country.
