2019-10-03 source own
Over the last 15 years Poland has received around €163billion from the European Union.  In return, Poland deposited  53billion back into the EU according to figures released by the Ministry of Finance in Warsaw.

Poland joined the EU back in May 2004 and its citizens remain very passionately pro-EU.  A survey by Eurobarometer cited on the  businessinsider.com website reports that 53.1% of Poles feel positively about the EU, which is higher than the overall EU average of 42.8%.

The countries who feel less positively toward the EU are Greece with 25.3%, and the Czech Republic with only 27.9% of the population voicing pro-Eu sentiment.  Citizens of Ireland, Luxembourg and Sweden show the highest rates of positivity towards the bloc.
