Xtreme Fitness Gyms is entering a new phase with James Cotton as the new CEO, focusing on expansion and strategic development. The company, already a major player in the fitness club market, operates 60 clubs with 60,000 members and over 100 franchisees in Poland. Cotton, with 20 years of experience in the fitness franchise industry, plans to strengthen Xtreme Fitness Gyms' presence in Poland and expand into international markets like the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary. Founder Łukasz Dojka will concentrate on Xtreme Kids, a new initiative for children’s fitness. The company is also restructuring its management and marketing teams to support this growth and plans to open over 30 new locations in 2024, aiming for 227 profitable clubs by 2027. These changes are part of Xtreme Fitness Gyms' strategy to maintain its market leadership in Poland and gain international recognition.
