Stromer Switzerland’s premium quality urban e-bike brand has been purchased by Naxicap a private equity arm of the French asset management company Natixis. Stromer was founded in 2009, in 2020 it reported turnover of 50 million euros and it expects to expand by 20% in 2021. The Stromer brand has a market share in Switzerland of 20%, it also has a strong presence in the Netherlands and Belgium with a growing market in Germany.
