Xponential Fitness signs deal with LifeFit Group to enter German and Austrian markets

Xponential Fitness announced that they plan to widen their fitness brand’s horizons by venturing into the German and Austrian markets.This US-based entity has signed a contract to establish over 150 studios in collaboration with LifeFit Group. They plan to do this over the next five years.Initially, they plan on offering Club Pilates and Pur Barre and will offer more services once they are partially settled.LifeFit Group came into being at the beginning of 2019 to obtain and offer a huge selection of fitness activities to cater to a variety of German audience segments. A majority of the company is under the ownership of Oaktree Capital and is headed by CEO Martin Seibold, who himself is a Fitness enthusiast for a long time.LifeFit right now has six major brands in these two markets, which include Barry’s Bootcamp and Fitness first Germany."As we expand into Germany and Austria we are excited to partner with the LifeFit Group who are the leading national premium fitness provider in the market," said John Kersh, chief international development officer for Xponential Fitness.
