Expansion for Il Passo

2016-06-02 source own

Il Passo, footwear producer, has enjoyed a good amount of success in Romania in recent years and they are now looking to expand into more European countries. Hungary and Bulgaria are set to be reached with the launch of an online store, costing the company around €200,000 in the process.

The success has been a long time coming for the Romanian company having launched their first store 17 years ago but recent growth has allowed them to reach 15 stores and now this new online venture. This next step seems to be a calculated one with €600,000 of their €7.5 million revenue generated online already. Over 10,000 pairs of shoes are currently being produced by the 25 staff members at their manufacturing plant which currently accounts for around a third of all sales.
