New health club in Moscow for Encore Fitness

2016-06-13 source own

Encore Fitness, Russian chain, has announced that they will be opening their flagship store this summer in the capital of Moscow. The site includes nearly 4,000 square metres of floor space, making it one of the biggest health clubs in Moscow, and if all goes to plan the doors will open in July.

A luxury spa will be found on the two-floor premises which includes eight different ‘fitness zones’, all decorated in an art deco style but unique in the showing of different innovations and trends. One of the main features will be the spa and is believed to have the potential to be the biggest money earner in the whole complex; it will play host to a steamroom, Finnish sauna, snow room, sauna, haltotherapy suite, hammam, massage chairs, treading pool, and more.

In addition to the spa, a cardio theatre will also be introduced that will be home to HIIT sessions, a pilates studio, group fitness areas, a martial arts area, and even a boxing ring. The theatre will be padded out with top-of-the-range equipment from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. Away from the theatre, there will be a half-size swimming pool with hydro-massage zones that will have the benefit of a purification system courtesy of Silvertronix.

In terms of classes, it is believed that 60 or more will be on offer in total including martial arts training, AntiGravity yoga, balance board, TRX, and classes from Les Mills.

Irina Kutina, CEO of Encore Fitness, has said “Encore Fitness fully reflects the idea of the perfect premium club. It’s based on sound infrastructure, a unique design, advanced equipment, trained coaches and branded, international fitness programmes.”
